I bought the corbusier sofa and chairs from ShangriLaSofa. Shipping to Michigan was not a problem and everything arrived in perfect condition and great quality, not to mention the great price! Convinced about the quality I ordered two side tables. Delivery was very quick and the entire shopping process was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, one of the table's glass top had a scratch and the other one did not fit properly in the frame. Without any problems, ShangriLaSofa sent me return labels and shipped two new tables. I am usually very cautious when buying over the internet, but this store was a real pleasure to buy from. Customer care is their priority, the quality of the products is great, prompt delivery and trustworthy shopping process. I always was able to talk to somebody at the store, in most cases Juana who does an awesome job.

I wanted to let you know that I finally got moved into my new house and was able to unpack and see for the first time the furniture that came from your company. I must say that it's absolutely beautiful. I've gotten so many compliments on it so far. Once I get my house put in order, I'll send you some photos so you can see what it looks like in it's final resting place. The colors work out so great with the house.

After having used our new SL172 sofa for a few days we wanted to thank you for the wonderful experience of purchasing it from you. Not only is the quality of the leather very good, but the styling of this magnificent piece is so unusual. The design and functionality of this sofa is unique in that you can do so much with these four pieces. Not only is it a masterpiece from the front view but the back of the sofa has as much interest as the front. This piece is also quite comfortable and we have many options for our seating arrangement. We were also impressed with the delivery and timing factor of our purchase.
Basically, after much debate with ourselves regarding making such a purchase sight unseen, we are quite sure that we did the right thing. I just received my furniture yesterday. I just want to thank you all for all the patience and work you did for me to get my order accomplished and much to my satisfaction! We did it together! The white is just right; the lavender insets are quite attractive and unique just like the picture. It fits perfectly thanks to you working on my special measurements to custom size the loveseat. It arrived on time and I really appreciate the care you took in packaging it so carefully. It had plastic cover, cardboard, foam, and another outer wrap. I was quite impressed.

RECEIVED MY FURNITURE!! YEAAA!
I must say I was having my doubts -- what with scams all over the internet -- but after my above post, Jan did call me. Still, there was no receipt or paper trail or ETA and I was feeling paranoid. I think they're addressing this part of their business. Otherwise, I am absolutely thrilled with the furniture. I received it exactly 8 weeks after ordering it. The set looks exactly as pictured, and the quality is superb! As a Financial Strategist, I was very curious to see firsthand how the Chinese manufacturing would look.(You know, China is purportedly 'stealing' the US's manufacturing jobs.) I've got to be honest: if this is what China is capable of, we're getting our asses kicked. Not only was the furniture top quality for half the price --but the telltale sign for me was even in the way it was packed! Fanatical detail was paid to the wrapping of each piece. I was amazed; my delivery guys were cursing! (Every little leg, edge, and corner was intricately wrapped in foam...twice!) I will gladly recommend Shangrila to others.

They are wonderful!!!! and have exceeded my expectations. I am sure the couch was equally wonderful too. It is beyond me how the moving company could have damaged the couch.
