Design Inspired by: Le Corbusier (Petite Version)
Our Le Corbusier Petite Comfort sofa is a high quality reproduction of the original designed for the 1929 Salon d•Automne. It is a modern classic. The cushions are made of high-density foam for plush comfort and firm support. The leather is hand-selected. The lines are clean, straight and precise. Incredible quality, style and comfort at an unbelievable price. All of our products are hand made using top grain, 100% aniline dyed hides. Our frames are made of kiln-dried hardwood making them very sturdy and heavy. We opt for strong, woven straps, which provide additional comfort and secure support without squeaky noises and possibilities for punctures that come with metal springs. We Poly wrap cushions to keep the leather from coming in direct contact with the foam, which can lead to the deterioration of the cushion. These can be upgraded to memory foam for added comfort. Fully enclosed and foam-padded rear portions. Many manufacturers leave the back of their furniture open, with only the upholstery material covering the opening, making the upholstery more prone to puncture and the frame weak in that area. All exposed metal parts are made of high-nickel 304 stainless steel, polished to a mirror finish. No chrome plating, which has a tendency to chip or crack over time.
